Process Server Software - Custom Order Templates

Our process server toolbox comes complete with a default order template. The process server toolbox default template has the most frequently used data fields like Client Matter, Plaintiff Name, Defendant Name, Service Address and Court Information. However, if you would like to add additional information about an order you can easily configure additional information through our Configuration tab. With our process server software, for each field you can specify view/edit privileges by user role. If you would like a field such as Office Notes that only your office users can see, simply set the appropriate access for the server and customer roles and no one but your office staff will see it. For example, using our demo site if you log in as the Owner or Office User roles you can view the Office Notes, however, under the Customer or Server roles these field is not visible.
