Process Server Software - Affidavit Creation
Creating affidavits, or any document, is easy with our Process Server Software Solution. You can create an unlimited number of templates to create affidavits from. Once you add a new document template,
it will appear in the list of available document templates for all orders, see figure below "Select Template". Document templates allow you to enter the information for your order once and then information
is automatically inserted into your document once you create the document. See the figure below for an example of the case information and other important information being inserted from the order directly
into the affidavit of service. This helps to increase efficiency and accuracy. If you have the signatures for your servers on file, you can easily include them into the documents that are created.
If you need to save the document a PDF file can be saved and will be found under the list of attachment for the order. Your customer can then log in and view the document directly from our process server software.
Many customers find it useful to create documents templates for a variety of documents other than affidavits. For example, you could create a template for a work order or labels. The best way to experience the
