Our mobile access provides your process servers with a way to update the status of a service without having to contact you directly. Through the mobile interface, the process server simply selects items from the list of frequently used updates. You will be able to approve the update via the web site and can automatically email the update, with pictures if necessary, directly to your customer. Emailed updates are automatically tracked in the order so your office staff and customers are on the same page with regard to order status.
