Our process server software can help streamline your business with online statements and
automatic invoicing. Creating statements is easy with our process server software.
As orders are closed, invoices are automatically generated. To create statements, you set a timeframe you wish to generate the statements for as well as the customers you want to
create statements for. Any invoices that were created in the timeframe you have selected will be automatically inserted behind the statement for each customer. If the customer has selected to receive statements
via email the statement PDF file will be added to their online account and automatically emailed to their them.
In addition, if your customer needs to receive a CSV file for the information in the statement, you can add a custom CSV format for each customer and when the PDF is email the system will automatically attach
a custom CSV file for your customer.
To see an example, go to our
Demo site and click to log in as the Owner. Under the Customers tab you can view statements by customer, or under the
Statement tab you can view all available statements.
